The business objectives of Ramangwana Investment Group (Pvt) Ltd are mainly to acquire under performing companies but with potential and restructure them to operate profitably at full capacity based on market potential and working capital adequacy. We desire to grow the companies across all infrastructure industries to become major players in their industries within the first five (5) years of acquisition.
The targeted companies will include but not limited to

b) Distressed companies
c) New projects
The acquisition strategy is based on both current and future potential each company carries and ability to turn around profitability. Ramangwana Investment Group’s competitive advantage lies in the ability of the management to build resources both financial and personnel beyond the limitations of the acquired companies to achieve their full market potentials.
The Group also targets to participate on Black Economic Empowerment transactions to acquire wholly or partially previously white owned entities in line with the Government strategies compelling empowerment of the previously disadvantaged people.
